4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for your own actions and decisions. Coached by BV is not liable for any outcomes or results based on your perception of previous clients' experiences.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared during coaching sessions or through our platform will be kept confidential, except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Coached by BV are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
7. Payment and Refunds
Payment for our services is due as per the agreed-upon terms. Refunds may be considered under certain circumstances, subject to our discretion.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with a notice period of 15 days on the consumers end and 0 days on Coach by BV's end.
9. Limitation of Liability
Coached by BV is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to financial losses, arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
Coached By BV as a company is governed by the state of North Carolina, Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of an arbitration institution of Coached By BV's choice.
11. Changes to Terms
Coached by BV reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to clients via email or through our platform.
